To Adjust Grind: Turn bottom knob clockwise for Fine and counter-clockwise for Coarse.
Avoid dampness, do not grind over boiling pot.
Do not use cloves or anise as oils will destroy plastic.

Use and Care

For routine cleaning, simply grind some coarse salt. The salt will absorb residual oils and any aftertaste. To clean more thoroughly, remove ceramic cone. Clean with a stiff brush, or place cone in warm water, so residue dissolves. (NOTE: Let cone dry for at least 24 hours. Be sure it is completely dry before using again).
