You can either buy gift cards in person at our Kuhn Rikon outlets, or order them online in our online shop.
Kuhn Rikon has its own online shop. Visit our website to browse our wide range of fantastic products and special offers. We only offer products online which are currently in stock.

You can place an order even if you don’t have a customer account.
We confirm receipt of your order immediately. However, this is not the same as confirmation of the actual order. Confirmation of the order is given either by email, or by delivering the goods within a maximum of five days. You should also check your spam folder! If you haven’t received written confirmation, please feel free to call us on 052 396 01 01.
You can only redeem gift cards and coupon codes before you complete the order. Gift cards and coupon codes cannot be redeemed retrospectively..
In order to ensure speedy delivery, we only offer products online if we have sufficient quantities in stock. However, if you have a special request, please call 052 396 01 01 or email us at kuhnrikon@kuhnrikon.ch and we will do our best to help you.

We will send you an invoice via email as soon as your delivery leaves our warehouse. You should also check your spam folder! Please note that you will always receive an invoice via email, even if you already paid for your order via credit card, Twint, PayPal or PostFinance.
Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we use SWISS POST (B post). All orders are delivered by post. We regret that orders cannot be collected in person.
Assuming all products are in stock, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
In addition to the listed product prices, we charge a flat rate of CHF 7.90 per order for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not charge P&P on orders totalling CHF 80 or more.
If you change your mind and wish to return your order, the goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging – as they would be had you inspected the goods in a bricks and mortar store. If you change your mind and return your order, we will refund your payment to the account from which it was debited. If you paid via PayPal, credit or debit card, the balance will be refunded to the respective PayPal, credit or debit card account.
The sender bears the P&P costs for returns.
Naturally, you are welcome to have your order delivered to a different recipient. To do so, simply select the delivery address and invoice address separately. Please note, however, that both addresses must be located in the same country. We regret that we are not able to gift-wrap deliveries.
New VAT laws came into force in the EU on 1 July 2021. As a result, we are temporarily unable to deliver orders directly to addresses in FR/AT/BENELUX.

In our online shop, there’s a section called «Good to know» which tells you whether a product is “Swiss Made” or “Swiss Design”.
Before you use a new product for the first time, please read the instructions carefully. We also offer short video tutorials for some of our products. You can watch these on YouTube. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service.
Depending on the product category, the length of the guarantee can vary greatly from two to ten years. For more details on specific products, please see the packaging or our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Ideally, you should keep your receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, look on the base of the dish or pan – most will have the manufacturing date lasered in.
Return it to the shop from which it was bought, or bring it to a Kuhn Rikon outlet. If the product is still covered by the guarantee, please remember to bring your receipt.

Induction-compatible cookware by Kuhn Rikon is also suitable for use on other types of hob.
For optimum efficiency, your pans should be as close in size as possible to the diameter of the hob. This is particularly important for energy efficiency if you’re cooking on a ceramic hob. On our website you’ll find a wide range of different pans. Look at the “Specifications” section to see what size hob they’re designed for. If you need help, please call our customer service hotline or visit us in one of our Kuhn Rikon outlets.
The diameter of the pot or pan is measured across the top inside rim of the pan.

We do not stock special replacement parts for Sigg products. Our rubber rings only fit a small number of Sigg pressure cookers. To find out whether this is the case, please contact our customer service team and provide us with the item number of your pan or the rubber ring.
The double-walled DUROTHERM® cookware range is an innovation from Kuhn Rikon. As the name says, these pans have a double wall which has a strong insulating effect. Accordingly, food remains warm for up to two hours. Likewise, you can cook food in an energy-efficient manner by following the “soft cooking” method developed by Kuhn Rikon.
On very rare occasions, an induction hob may fail to respond to a ceramic fondue pot. For this reason, we recommend you conduct a trial run before you use your fondue pot for the first time. Place the fondue pot on your hob and set it to a medium heat setting. If your hob responds and keeps heating the hob for thirty seconds with no interruptions, you’ll know you can use your fondue pot on your induction hob without any issues. If the hob doesn't continue heating up steadily for thirty seconds, or doesn’t respond to the fondue pot at all, please contact the Kuhn Rikon customer service team.
