- Important: Season the iron frying pan before using it for the first time (see separate information in the instructions for use "seasoning and cleaning"). The instructions for use are enclosed with the pan or can be downloaded from our website under "Downloads".
- Wipe clean with kitchen paper towel, wash only if absolutly neccessary
- Do not use detergent if you do have to wash it, then heat pan gently to dry and always oil it, otherwise the protective coating will not be effective
- Acidic foodstuffs can leave light marks on the surface but they have no effect whatsoever on the cooking properties of the pan
