COLORI®+ Paring knife grey

The COLORI+ paring knife by Kuhn Rikon has a rust-free blade of Japanese stainless steel, ground on both sides, which has been precisely shaped for your wide variety of uses.

The blade is heated in an annealing furnace at over 1000°C/1832°F. This means the steel becomes not only harder but also flexible and corrosion-resistant. Afterwards the blade is polished and ground by hand on both sides. Every single knife receives its final grinding from a specialist blade grinder, an extremely skillful craftsman. Above all, the angle of the blade grinding is key to the quality and performance of the knife. With its acute blade angle of 14° each side (double bevel), the COLORI+ paring knife is, and remains, not only ultra-sharp for a long time but is also a highly versatile knife. Suitable for all preparation tasks in the kitchen from chopping vegetables, mincing herbs, peeling an apple or cutting cheese. With its double beveled blade and silicone anti-stick coating, the knife glides easily and precisely through the food. The non-slip grip and the blade sheath ensure even more safety. In addition to the meticulous manufacturing process, every knife is subject to a strict quality control.
