Description

The «Rolls Royce» in the kitchen combines the benefits of the pressure cooker with double-wall technology. Prepared quickly and gently, the food remains warm for up to 2 hours and you save up to 70% of energy and cooking time.
The energy-efficient cookware is ideal for cooking under pressure when things have to be done quickly or for use as a double-walled cookware with soft cooking and keep-warm function. SOFTGAREN is the slightly different way of cooking. Here, the ingredients are only heated briefly and then gently cooked in the heat-retaining base. This saves energy and preserves valuable vitamins and nutrients.

Scope of delivery:
DUROTHERM® PRO pressure cooker with additional double-walled lid. The casserole can be used as a normal Durotherm as well as a pressure cooker.

Use and Care

Please wash by hand - not dishwasher suitable
For normal soiling use ordinary detergent
For intensive soiling, scale and/or discoloration use a chromium steel cleaner - e.g. SWISS CLEANER
The pot's surface can be damaged with abrasive cleaners and dishwashers
Never remove food stuck to the pan with sharp objects such as knives, steel wool or scourers (scratches)
Limescale can also be easily removed with vinegar or lemon juice
