Wok it!
In the stylish cast iron wok, vegetables, meat or fish can be prepared at high temperature in a manner that is both healthy and gentle at the same time. A must in every kitchen, and not only for Asian dishes.

The JAMPUR wok is enamelled inside and outside, which gives great resistance and makes cleaning easy. There is no need to season the wok, it is ready for use immediately.

Resistant and easy to clean thanks to enamel coating (inside and outside)
Preparation at medium and high temperature
Can be used on induction cookers
Ovenproof: cas iron wok up to 300°C/570°F, glass lid upt to 180°C/350°F
Healthy and gentle preparation

Use and Care

Please clean the Wok thoroughly before the first use
Diameter of the hob and the bottom size of the Wok should match. Never leave the wok more than 1 minute without food on the heatened gas/induction hob or on the electro hob longer than 3 minutes - danger of overheating will discolour material
Solely use high heatable oil types so that nothing can burn or stick
Never remove food stuck to the pan with sharp objects such as knives, steel wool or scourers (scratches)
Please use a soft sponge for cleaning
The enamelled surface can be damaged with abrasive cleaners
The guarantee solely will be effected with appropriate usage. Not with overheatage, damaged bottom surface or burned in arrears.
